📝 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Maintenance Engineer to oversee and manage maintenance activities at our Bhiwadi facility. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in handling plant machinery, preventive maintenance, and breakdown management to ensure smooth production operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Handle breakdown maintenance and minimize machine downtime
• Monitor performance and efficiency of plant machinery and equipment
• Lead maintenance team including fitters and electricians
• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical and electrical systems
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with production team for uninterrupted operations

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in plant maintenance
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance practices
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Leadership skills to manage maintenance teams
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities

⭐ Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial plants
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems (PM/TPM)
• Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
